No-Machine Blueberry and Honey Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
230 g plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
150 g frozen blueberries
Instructions:
Combine Greek yogurt, honey, and blueberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
Place the container in the freezer.
After 30 minutes, take it out and stir the mixture vigorously with a fork or whisk, breaking up any ice crystals that are forming. This helps achieve a smoother texture.
Repeat this stirring process every 30 minutes for the next 2-3 hours.
Once the frozen yogurt has a smooth, creamy consistency, let it freeze completely for another 1-2 hours without stirring.
Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
