Today we removed the tongue, cheeks, brain and eyes from a sheep skull. Cooking them all we create a meal from all the pieces. You can see beef tongue and beef cheeks in previous videos.

Eyeballs are 87% fat with 9% RDA of iron per ounce.

Brains are 63% fat and contain vitamins C (5% RDA per ounce), E (2%), B2 (4%), B3 (5%), B12 (47%), Choline (25%) as well as iron (4%) and phosphorous (9%).
