1️⃣ Make conscious choices - ask why before choosing.
2️⃣ Choose words - emotional vocabulary carefully - words that embody empathy compassion joy equanimity. Avoid words that imply anger, hostility, guilt, shame, fear, resentments or victim-hood.
3️⃣ Question your habitual certainties and habitual responses; habits such as food, social interaction, etc.
4️⃣ Learn to see your body as a field of awareness - practice body awareness, yoga, nidra and Interoception.
5️⃣ Be immune to criticism but responsive to feedback.
6️⃣ Be a silent witness or a non-judge, mental spectator to your internal dialog and their entangled emotions and perceptions and images.
7️⃣ Observe eye movements , facial expressions , tone of voice , gestures , posture and body language - yours and others - they reveal the inner world.
8️⃣ Shift perspectives - first person second person and third person.
9️⃣ Understand mind body proclivities - Myers Briggs Gallup Strength Finders SWOT analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats; Ayurvedic body types - Vata Pitta Kapha etc
1️⃣0️⃣ Practice Self Inquiry, Metacognitiion and direct inquiry into nature of reality.
1️⃣1️⃣ Cultivate witnessing awareness in sleep - yoga, nidra, recapitulation and dream awareness.
1️⃣2️⃣ Transcend all thought and experience (mantra).
