About 30 g bacon
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of hawk's claw
120 g cut tomatoes
1 whole egg
1.5 to 2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon ishiri (fish sauce)

1 tsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
black pepper to taste
