In my strong Kids classes, I teach kids:
-how to set healthy boundaries
-how to get out of bullying situations
-how to stand up for themselves
-how to believe in themselves

Through their increased self-esteem, they instantly feel when their boundary is crossed and that it's their responsibility to act.
