Bamboo shoots(बाँस करील)-2
Yellow mustard(पीली सरसों)-1.5 tbsp
Coriander seeds(सबूत धनिया)-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds(जीरा)-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds(सौंफ)-1 tbsp
Dry red chilli(सूखी लाल मिर्च)-4
Salt(नमक)-1 tbsp
Turmeric(हल्दी)-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder(कश्मीरी मिर्च)-1 tbsp
Asafoetida(हींग)-1/2 tsp
Mustard oil(सरसों का तेल)-1 cup
