BIKA AMBON TEFLON ANTI GAGAL

BAHAN A:
3 Batang sereh (geprek lalu potong-potong)
10 Lembar daun jeruk (sobek-sobek)
2 Santan Kara kemasan 65 ml, 1 santan Kara tambahkan air supaya pas 1 gelas Belimbing, jadi 2 gelas atau setara dengan 400 ml.
1 sdt bubuk kunyit atau bisa diganti dengan 2 Ruas Kunyit segar, parut
Garam secukup nya

BAHAN B:
1 ½ gelas Belimbing tepung terigu, kira-kira 150 gr [Takaran gelas 200 ml], atau setara dengan 10 sdm.
1 ½ gelas tepung Sagu Tani atau Tepung Tapioka, kira-kira 150 gr [Takaran gelas 200 ml], atau setara dengan 10 sdm.
1 Sachet vanili
1 Sdm peres fermipan

BAHAN C:
4 butir telur
1 ½ gelas Belimbing gula pasir kira-kira 280 gr [Takaran gelas 200 ml]

BAHAN D:
65 gram margarin, cairkan

INGREDIENT A:
2 sachets of Instant coconut milk @65 ml, 1 sachet of coconut milk is added water to one cup, thus, the total as much as 2 glasses or equal to 400 ml.
5-10 kaffir lime leaves tear the edges to release flavor
3 smashed lemongrasses
1 tsp. turmeric powder, or can be replaced with 2 segments of fresh Turmeric, grated
A pinch of fine salt

INGREDIENT B:
1 ½ cup Wheat flour, [@ 200 ml], equivalent to 150 grams or 10 tbsp.
1 ½ cup sago starch or tapioca flour, [@ 200 ml], equivalent to 150 grams or 10 tbsp.
1 Sachet vanili
1 tsp. Instant Yeast

INGREDIENT C:
4 eggs, shake off
1 ½ cups of granulated sugar, it is about 280 grams, just according to taste

INGREDIENT D:
65 grams of margarine, melted. Now all the ingredients are ready. Go to the next step.
