Lower back pain is the number one leading cause of musculoskeletal pain in the world. In this video, I go over Peter O' Sullivan's article titled "Back To Basics: 10 Myths Every Person Should Know About Back Pain", which is a fantastic introductory article anybody can read about evidence-based facts regarding back pain. Spinal pain can be scary, but what often makes it worse is the misinformation being spread regarding how it is caused and what is needed to be done to manage it. In reality, it is a lot less stressful and a lot simpler than you may think.
