Welcome to the new PRO Connect app for the Hear Back PRO personal monitoring system! Here, we walk through updating your Hear Back PRO Hub to work with the PRO Connect app. Once this is completed, you'll be able to update, control, label, and more all in one place through the PRO Connect app. Be sure to follow all the steps to ensure a successful update. You should only need to complete this process once; afterward, all software and bootloader updates should be done with just a few clicks in the PRO Connect software.
