1/2 green onion, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon fine red pepper powder,1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves), 1 teaspoon minced ginger,1/2 tablespoon bean paste, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce,1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 cup water (200 ml)

1.Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, blanch them in boiling water, and drain
