Well can you believe this is the first time I've thrown ned rigs about. I usually look towards shads and creature baits when it comes to my perch fishing, but this time I thought the subtle action of the ned might do the trick for lethargic winter red fins. It worked brilliantly! Not only for the perch but those toothy river pike took a liking to them too!
