Hi, my name is Rujuta Rajguru and in this video we're going to be going over the first two weeks of pregnancy. You will learn about all the changes that tend to happen as well as what you can expect every day. We're going to take a look at the shocking changes the female body goes through during pregnancy.

Pregnancy can be a magical time in a woman's life.
It is important to know the changes that happen to your body in the first and in the following weeks. Did you know that when it comes to the scale, you may stay the same weight, even though you may sometimes think that your weight is increasing?

Your ovulation cycle determines the exact date on which you conceive. Ovulation usually occurs between 13 to 20 days after the first day of your period, depending on the length of your cycle.

You may have heard that a typical menstrual cycle lasts 28 days. Many women, however, don’t have 28-day cycles, and some women’s cycles vary from month to month.
Track your period for several months to help you to determine a pattern for your cycle. To do this, simply mark the first day of your period once a month. You can even try a fertility app, which will help you calculate your ovulation window based on your average cycle.

At 2 weeks pregnant, your period might be over, and ovulation might be just days away. At the end of this week, if you have intercourse successfully, conception will take place when the egg and sperm meet. Once this happens, your uterus will become a very busy place.

Things which you should have to do in pregnancy
1. Eating a balanced diet
2. Do get lots of sleep
3. Do regular exercise
4. Do practice yoga
