Right after the World Championships in Helsinki, we flew to Switzerland to work with Stéphane Lambiel! It was an amazing week where we began our preparations for the Olympic season. We left Champéry feeling very inspired and excited to continue our work!

It has been awhile since we uploaded a vlog! We've been really busy with our training and that is always our priority. We also had some bad luck with technology recently. We left one of our cameras on a plane and unfortunately, it was never returned/found. There was a lot of footage that was on that camera, but we will do our best to put out some vlogs anyway!
