In 1981 J.B. Scott graduated from Quakertown HIgh School. He went on to become an accomplished professional trumpet player and renowned university level jazz educator. HIs HS Band Director Dave Kenney was coming to Jacksonville to attend the Amelia Island Concourse D 'elegance car show. J.B.'s wife Lisa Kelly and J.B.'s former college professor Dr. Bill Prince arranged to have Mr. Kenney show up to a Thursday afternoon performance at a retirement home and play the piano.
