These are the ingredients for my best okra soup.

Ingredients
1,1/2 kg goat meat skin on
1 whole hard boiled chicken
1 whole garlic
2 onions
Thumbs size ginger
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons home made mixed spices
1 teaspoons rosemary dry
1 teaspoons tiger thyme dry
1 teaspoons curry powder
2 onga maggi cubes
1 packets onga seasoning powder
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoons fish powder
2 tablespoons shrimp powder
2 cups good quality red oil
1 bowls of liquid from the meat
1 branch of fresh kale
4 red capsicum or red bell pepper
4 red habanero peppers
2kg fresh okra.
