Would you like to start practicing mantra meditation – but don’t know how? Not to worry, here are three simple mantras from Tibetan Buddhism (also used in other types of Buddhism) that you can start saying today to deepen your compassion for yourself and others, connect with your true nature of infinite light – or just reduce your anxiety.

You can use each of these mantra examples with Buddhist prayer beads (see the link below for a video on that) or just recite them in your mind.
