In today’s video, we dealing with Club face stability, as we know during the impact zone, this is one area due to the speed that we cannot feel. So as explained in the video, we have to be in the position so our body arms and hands can stabilise the Club face pre and post impact.

I don’t want to put anybody off watching this video, but this is more for I would say the elite golfer, as they have attend to have an overactive arm and hand swing, opposite to the golfer who has a tendency to overuse their body.
