If you've been around on this channel for long enough, you'll know that this is Dane's ultimate flavour combo, especially when it comes to macarons - so it was only right that he FINALLY shared this recipe! So without further ado - the milk chocolate & passionfruit macaron!

For the Macaron Shells:
Preheat Oven to 170C fan assisted (190C non fan)
190g Ground Almonds
205g Icing sugar
72g Egg Whites
72g Egg Whites
190g Caster Sugar
60g Water
1/4 tsp Egg Yellow Paste Colour
1/4 tsp Purple Food Paste Colour
For the Ganache:
255g Milk Chocolate
115g Passionfruit Purée
30g Cream
