The client wanted a flat-roof for her house. She opted for T-beams and blocks to make the slab. T-beams are self-supporting, meaning they don't require timber props for support, unlike flat beams.
-117 SQM
-Ksh 4,200/SQM (incl materials, transport & labour)
-75 mm concrete topping (150 mm total depth of slab)
-The T-beams & blocks were laid on the 28th of March and the concrete poured the following day. Hence a 2 day job!
-BRC A142 mesh used
