There is a marginal village called ``Nanamura'' in Kamiso, Hikimi Town. The former Hikimi district was called the ``birthplace of depopulation,'' but I went to see the autumn leaves and the ``Nanamura Village,'' which is said to have only one resident. Vacant and abandoned houses were noticeable, but it seems that former residents occasionally come to plow the fields.
