This was our 6th day in Kashmir. The video was shot on 22nd April, where we explored local Srinagar.

The city is famous for its gardens, lakes and houseboats. It is also the largest city and the capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

Hotel - We got our accommodation booked at Hotel Heemal which is a JKTDC property.
Tariff for the hotel was Rs 4000+tax12%
After this we booked a houseboat from Club Mahindra.
Tariff - Rs 4100.

Vishal Vaishno Dhaba - We had breakfast here.
Aloo Paratha - Rs 45

After this we went to Dal Lake and put our luggage in our houseboat.

Shri Shankaracharya Temple - It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar. It's the oldest temple and a popular pilgrim in Kashmir.

Hazratbal Shrine - According to local beliefs, it houses Moi-e-Muqqadas – the sacred hair of Prophet Muhammad's beard. It is located at the backside of Dal Lake.
At night we had Tujj near Dal Lake and then went to our houseboat and had dinner there. Then our day ended.
