After 39 years of marriage, Greg Mathis, who plays the role of Judge Mathis, and his wife Linda are going to end their marriage and file for divorce.
As stated in an article published by TMZ on Thursday, the television arbiter, who is 64 years old, and Linda tied the knot in June of 1985. Linda cited the inability to reconcile their differences as the cause for the breakup of their marriage. According to the records filed with the court, Linda stated that the date of their separation was July 17th. Four of Greg and Linda's children are now adults: two daughters and two sons. Within the file, Linda made a request for spousal support and also made a motion to prevent the court from granting Greg spousal support. Whether or not a prenuptial agreement was involved was not quite obvious. From the year 1999 until the year 2023, Greg was a main cast member on the television court show Judge Mathis.
