Henry Cavill made a lot of men jealous when he showed off his insanely shredded eight-pack abs as Superman in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel (2013). Turns out one of those jealous men was his on-screen father Russell Crowe!

Crowe himself a fitness fanatic, admits to being jealous of Cavill's "frame and body fat ratio". Cavill famously took his body fat percentage down to single digits for his shirtless scenes to get the hyper-shredded that made audiences gasp in the movie theaters.

Even papa Jor-El admitted, "He's too perfect for words." Well that perfect body was a result of a punishing 8 month workout regime. See you guys in eight months time!
