I can't even tell you how much my friends like this. They use it for everything! Arthritis, bruises, sprains, broken bones, gout, you name it! I hope it works as well for you!
Complete Bone and Tissue Herbal Mix...
Add equal parts (1/4 cup parts makes about 1/2 gallon)
6 parts White Oak Bark
6 parts Comfrey Root
3 parts Marshmallow Root
3 parts Mullein
3 parts Black Walnut Hulls
3 parts Gravel Root
2 parts Wormwood
1 part Skullcap
1 part Lobelia
1 part Slippery Elm

For oil: fill jar 1/2-3/4 full and add oil of your choice. Label jar with ingredient and date it will be done. Let sit for 6 weeks. Shake daily (if you remember) Strain after 6 weeks.

For salve: Add oil to glass jar. Add 1T wax pellets per 1 ounce of oil. Heat mixture in double boiler or pan with water. Do not boil. When the wax is melted, remove from water. Add vitamin E drops (about 3 per ounce) if you desire to keep longer without it going rancid. Pour in jar, let cool, and label.

For soak: Put 1/2 cup of the dried herbs in 2 quarts of cold water. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Let it sit for 20-60 minutes. Then strain through a sieve or cloth. Cool until comfortable to soak.

I do buy most of my herbs organic if I can. Most of them come from reputable companies that have storefronts on Amazon.

Complete Bone and Tissue Breakdown of Herbs...
These herbs are helpful in bone healing due to their effects on tissue repair.
Herbal solutions for broken bones look at specific areas to support, such as:
New tissue growth.
Collagen synthesis.
Reduction of inflammation (after the initial phase of inflammation which is important to recruit cells which promote healing to the area of injury).
Improved circulation.
Supporting the integrity, growth (angiogenesis) and repair of blood vessels.
Antioxidants to remove waste products and keep tissues healthy.
And Mineral-rich herbs to support the requirements of bone remodeling.

White Oak Bark
Some people apply oak bark directly to the skin in a compress or add it to bath water for pain and swelling (inflammation) of the skin as well as arthritis

Comfrey Root (no consumption)
Comfrey contains many useful carbohydrates including Allantoin (ə-ˈlan-tə-wən). Allantoin stimulates the regeneration of connective tissue, bone and cartilage.

Marshmallow Root
According to our experts, marshmallow root extract soothes redness, relieves inflammation, and helps retain moisture in skin and it can help relieve pain.

Mullein
may help to relieve discomfort associated with conditions such as arthritis, joint pain, and muscle aches.

Black Walnut
Black walnut contains high concentrations of chemicals called tannins, which can reduce pain and swelling

Gravel Root
It has the ability to bring calcium and other nutrients to the bone to help heal a broken bone. At the same time, Gravel Root helps to lubricate the bones as well as the muscles, tendons and joints, strengthening them.

Wormwood
It has been used historically to treat pain and inflammation in joints and muscles. It is also known for increasing bone density, improving bone strength, helping bones grow and preventing some bone diseases such as osteoporosis.

Skullcap
It helps with pain and inflammation.

Lobelia
The effects of lobelia on osteoarthritis or rheumatism suggest that lobelia may have inflammation and/or immune modulating activity. This might also help explain some of its effects on muscle.

Slippery Elm Bark
slippery elm may assist in managing conditions related to chronic inflammation.

Thanks so much for watching,
Blessings until next time!
