Audi Wireless CarPlay is extremely convenient and definitely a luxury feature! Say goodbye to charging cords, at least that’s what we think when it’s working right. The moment it won’t connect we feel lost and it really effects your Audi experience. Well hopefully that is a thing of the past after this video!

This troubleshoot will come in handy because we must know how this technology works in order to troubleshoot properly! Give this a try if your CarPlay stops working.

QUICK TIP: Wireless CarPlay goes off your phones signal so if you don’t have a proper signal it will give you the message ‘Smartphone Interface Deactivated’ then reconnect when signal is available. So if you are traveling, plug your phone in directly to your Audi.
