Demonstration: Saving Lives by Measuring Wet Bulb Temperature
I demonstrate the use of three simple devices to measure wet-bulb temperature.
When wet-bulb temperature reaches 31 or 32 C there is risk of heat exhaustion, heat stoke, and death within around 6 hours in the shade.
