In this video, I make a delicious dessert pizza in a pie iron. I used to make them a lot when car camping with friends in Longpoint, but have never made one in the backcountry. The original plan for this weekend was to camp on Kiosk Lake, with no portages, but due to some issues, I switched the trip to Upper Crane in Haliburton. I had to do one small portage with the heavy pie iron, but it was totally worth it to get this yummy dessert I made. The pizza pie iron is also in the Camper Christina Playlist and has it's own video.
