Lasagna Cooked to Perfection in The Wood Fired Oven
Beef Lasagna Recipe :
12 lasagna noodles
1 onion
1 pound lean ground beef
6 tomatoes
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 cup crushed tomato
fresh basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
Bechamel white sauce :
5 tablespoons butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
