जब ovary में dominant follicle period cycle के 15वें दिन तक पहुंचता है, तो LH hormone का लेवल बढ़ता है।
जब LH hormone surge होता है, तो यह ovulation का संकेत है।
जब kit पर दो lines दिखती हैं, तो इसका मतलब है कि 24 से 36 घंटों के भीतर egg release होगा।
इस अवधि के दौरान intercourse करने से pregnent होने की अच्छी संभावना होती है।
