how to connect phase failure to direct online starter

A direct online starter is a starter used to control three and single-phase motors,
The starter comprises a contactor, overload relay, and push buttons(start and stop.
The only protection in this is MCB and Overload relay. MCB for short circuit protection and an overload relay for overload current.
Now if you further want to protect the motor from Under and Over voltage and Cenquency protection.
This is where we incorporate a phase failure or phase monitor.
A phase monitor is a device which protects the motor from Under and over
