Join me as we walk inside Salcedo Villagers also known as Tambakan in Brgy. Salcedo II in Noveleta, Cavite, Philippines. According to the locals I have spoke to, this place is used to be a garbage dumpsite. I made a walk in this community and discover things I wish I hadn't seen, but this is reality. Didn't expect to see how harsh the situation there is. I hope help pours into this place. I am pretty sure people of this community will be very happy when this happens just to alleviate the sufferings and their life condition.
