Chennai Egmore - Chennai Beach new 4th line work update shared in this video.

Chennai Egmore to Park station stretch work is progressing at good speed. At Park station small portion of land belongs to Madras Medical College compound wall need to be acquired.

To avoid that may be 3rd platform at Park station width might be altered so that space need for 4 th line will be available by moving the existing 3rd line towards left direction.

Between Park to Chennai Fort station land is available and Fort station MRTS platform has been removed . MRTS racks too dismantled. Park Town MRTS station platform and pedestrian subway demolition work in progress.

Fort to Chennai Beach section partially till RBI subway land acquisition needed especially near RBI building. This is the crucial stretch were sizable portion of land need to acquire.

Overall decent progress.
