Hi my beautiful angels! I felt so called and inspired to do a “glow up” kind of video considering that it’s fall and we are slowly entering a new chapter in our lives as the seasons are changing. In this video I covered a lot of the physical and mental tips that I'm currently working through at the same time during this season of my life. Also, do we like this set up/lighting? I did NOT plan to use my indoor lights. I was hoping for the natural lighting to hit through my window but boy was I wrong! This fall is coming in gloomy as heck in these new york city streets lol. FYI - I’m still working through finding different set up areas in my apartment/playing around with lighting. It would be very helpful if you could tell me where you like seeing me best.
