The recursive cluster has a very specific way of dealing extra damage. After hitting its central target, it explodes dealing aoe damage all around. The flak cannon mod allows all other towers to do something similar. Today, Sabre and Tewtiy will see which is better. If every tower fired like a recursive cluster or as a flak cannon. It makes some towers infinitely better and others.... much worse!
