You can get CD audio in UAE with Land of Genesis. Have the CD image mounted in UAE, and use SCSI (Auto) for the HD controller. Be sure you've patched the game to its final version 1.0GT, and don't use RTG. On the expansions page, you want uaescsi.device checked. Under the CPU selection, use 68040. Leave JIT turned off and use cycle-exact CPU emulation speed.

This is a very difficult game, so I set it to Easy with 5 lives.
