Thirlmere Festival of Steam 2024 - Picton Shuttles + Other Clips


In this video, we see steam trains at several locations between Thirlmere and Picton during the 2024 Thirlmere Festival of Steam. In the 2024 event, the Picton Shuttles were operated. Y Steam Locomotive 6029 ‘Beyer-Garratt’ and Diesel Locomotive 4001.


We also take a close look at Steam Locomotive 3526 ‘Nanny’, which was on display for cab visits during the 2024 event, and see what was inside the Roundhouse.
