Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is one of the largest free standing behavioral health systems in the United States. Founded in 1910, Pine Rest provided inpatient, day programs, outpatient, residential and community services to over 40,000 individuals in 2017. A teaching site of Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Pine Rest offers educational programming for clergy, psychologists, nursing students, physician assistants and physicians.
