Happy #810NICLEDay to everybody!
Yeah, I´m a huge #Bionicle fan and as so I always considered unfair that the saga never ended properly in the form of a movie. Yes, the #MataNuiSaga illustrated blog by Kelly McKiernan and Brian Ellis was a nice farewell, but I think that I speak for every member of the Bionicle community when I say that it wasn´t satisfying enough. So last last year I proposed myself to honor this last part of the Bionicle story transforming it into a #FanEdit Short Movie.
I used commercials and movies fragments from the saga and animated some of the pages from the original blog drawn by Ellis, the narration by Michael Dorn is also there as well as the fan recorded final lines for Tahu by Scott McNeil and some of the brilliant pieces from the original Bionicle trilogy OST by Nathan Furst to add a nostalgic vibe.
It was an amazing journey editing this personal version of Mata Nui Saga and I really hope that you all enjoy watching it at least half as much as I enjoyed making it. With nothing more to say I bring you all "BIONICLE: Mata Nui Saga (Great Spirit Edition)"
