For my 30th Birthday I hopped in my car and drove towards the Algarve Coast of Portugal. I started driving at roughly 8PM and arrived in Benagil at 1AM. I slept on my backseat and woke up the next day around 7AM to go hire a Stand Up Paddle Board and venture out to see the Benagil Caves. I then continued my trip towards Portimao where I had a cup of coffee ☕️ and was advised by the waitresses to go and see Lagos! I kept driving and arrived at Praia do Camilo, went to see Praia Batata and Praia Meya. I had a fantastic time and really got a feel for Lagos. I had some great traditional food and wine in a restaurant called Tasca Da Lota, and spent my birthday night in the city. The next day I explored some more and ended up stopping by Silves on my way to Albufeira. Here, I went for a nice walk through the busy Albufeira streets, went swimming on another wonderful beach and some more typical food, such as Cataplana, Bacalhau and Dom Rodrigo. I left Albufeira that night to drive back to Frigiliana to get back to work. See you again soon, Portugal!
