1 Cup / 70 Gms Soya Chunks
1 Tbsp Vinegar
4 Onions
3 - 4 Potatoes
2 Inch Ginger
1.5 Laddle Mustard Oil (for Gravy)
1 tsp Jeera
4 Cloves
3 Dried Red Chilli
1 Badi Elachi
1 Bay Leaf
1 Whole Garlic
2 Garlic Pods
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves
Water as Needed


FOR ROASTING POTATOES
1 Laddle Mustard Oil
1 tsp Salt

FOR ROASTING SOYA CHUNKS
Use the Leftover Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
