Here are some recording tips and tricks for anyone living in the year 2024. Just a reminder, guitars should be recorded dry to apply plugins and effects after tracked (and committed). Oh, and re-amping is NOT required if you've embraced technology and understand how digital recording works. Also, drums (for every new artist on planet Earth) are actually a Midi track, or replaced with Superior Drummer 3.0 samples (Slipknot is just one example of thousands that do it too, it's okay to understand technology kids), and that doesn't make it AI. It makes it possible for anyone recording in their kitchen to not have or use a Ludwig double bass acoustic kit. Cause sooooo 1973. Oh, and I use GarageBand for Mac, cause it's free!
