My Dometic propane stove burner would not stay lit once I released the igniter. I had a RV Repair person perform an analysis on the problem. I was told it was a bad thermocouple which needed replacement, costing $293.87 for parts and labor. I was advised if I was handy to try and fix myself, so I tackled the problem. I was able to fix the problem which was NOT a bad thermocouple. The fix cost me $0.80 for two bolt screws. I am not a repairman or have any repair skills! Anyone can do these projects on your rigs. It just takes confidence and patience to complete the task.
