In this video, we show you how to replace a front sway bar end link on a 2007 Honda Pilot. This procedure should be applicable to all 2003-2008 Honda Pilots.

These bolts are usually messed up and strip out all the time because of the exposure to water, mud, snow, etc. This one is no different and you’ll see a couple of different ways that I removed these stubborn nuts and bolts but you can also try heat and other methods.

Tools needed will vary depending on how rusted your existing sway bar end links are. The new front sway bar end link nuts should be tightened to between 35-40 lb. ft. of torque but be sure to look up the torque specs for your year of Honda Pilot.
