Paddy: Handyman: Hi - If you are experiencing power issues and you Crosswave will not power up please follow the steps below; If machine has no power the handle should be reinstalled 1.
Paddy: Handyman: Remove clean water tank from the back of the machine 2.
Paddy: Handyman: Insert a blunt tip object (i.e.
Paddy: Handyman: screwdriver or pen) into small circular area above white label on handle 3.
Paddy: Handyman: Pull up on handle while pushing the blunt tip object into the small opening and pull up on handle to remove 4.
Paddy: Handyman: Once fully removed, reinstall handle firmly until you hear a click 5.
Paddy: Handyman: Choose either hard floor or area rug mode to turn machine on and test for power 6.
Paddy: Handyman: If machine still does not have power place machine on docking station - Check to see if battery is charging, If battery is charging there will be white LED lights in battery lighting up 7.
Paddy: Handyman: If machine is charging but there is still no power, a replacement handle should be ordered If the 2 red lights are blinking 1.
Paddy: Handyman: Turn off machine pushing Hard Floor button twice 2.
Paddy: Handyman: Wait 10 minutes 3.
Paddy: Handyman: Restart machine by pressing Hard Floor button If this does not resolve your issue the manufacturer recommends you contact their support service.
