Ricotta gnocchi with a creamy tomato basil sauce, mixed with mozzarella and grated cheese, briefly baked in a hot oven will make this gnocchi even more enjoyable.

INGREDIENTS:
(4 servings)
For the Ricotta Gnocchi:
500 gr of Ricotta
150 gr of all purpose flour
40 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt

For the Sauce and filling:
400 gr of Tomato Passata (or 1 can tomato puree)
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
300 gr of Mozzarella cheese
4-5 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves
