प्रतापगढ़ जिले के अरनोद क्षैत्र में स्थित महादेव का यह मंदिर बहुत प्राचीन हैं. मंदर का इतिहास गौतम ऋषि से जुड़ा हुआ है. कहा जाता है कि गौतम ऋषि ने गौ-हत्या के पाप से मुक्ति के लिए यहाँ के प्राचीन कुण्ड़ मे स्नान किया जिसके बाद उन्हें इस पाप से मुक्ति मिली. हर साल के लगने वाले मेले में हजारों की संख्या में लोग महादेव के दर्शन के लिए आते हैं.
