Featuring 3 clips: a simple one, a majestic one, and an eerie one...

A few weeks ago I was playing with a Minecraft clip in my video editor and I turned on a VHS filter it had. I thought it looked pretty cool, but I soon realized I couldn't settle for an imitation! Especially when I've already done analog recordings before.

It sure is a process though. I had to get an HDMI to Composite converter to even get the Minecraft from my laptop and into the VCR. I also needed a Composite to USB to get the recording off the tape and into my desktop.
I used a second VCR to throw some anime onto the tape I was recording with; I wanted to give the effect that whoever recorded this just grabbed an old VHS tape that already had some old anime they recorded off their TV. I love the way it looks.

Whole thing is edited through VCR cuts and fast-forwarding. No digital editing, filters, etc. have touched this thing.
