Kutsinta In A Tub | Mix N Cook

Hi! Today, we're going to make Kutsinta which is more suitable for your negosyo since it will come in tubs. These are much quicker to steam and larger in size yet still sweet and delicious. Let's start!

Ingredients:

2 cups cassava flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
5 cups water
1/2 kilo or 500 g dark brown sugar
4 tsp. lihia or lye water
