SYMPTOMS, CAUSES AND SIGNS OF BURN-OUT GASKET CYLINDER HEAD (CYLINDER HEAD)
There are a number of "classic" failures that affect cars of all brands and ages. One of such failures is when burnt cylinder head gasket. Failure is unpleasant and requires immediate resolution.

The spacer block provides a seal for the combustion chambers, oil passages and the cooling jacket in the joints of cylinder head. The output of strip failure leads to a breach of containment, followed by the release of the internal combustion engine out of action.
Often burnout occurs between one of the cylinders and the water jacket, extending further on the plane. But there are other options, for example, between the oil channel and the cooling channel.

THE SYMPTOMS OF BURNOUT CYLINDER HEAD GASKETS
Most drivers don't know how to check whether the burnt cylinder head gasket. In fact it is quite simple. On the failure of the seal cylinder head illustrated in the following symptoms:

knocks the antifreeze from the cooling system;
is cold air from heater compartment when you open the taps coolant in the heater;
fluctuations of temperature of the engine;
the presence of water-oil emulsion or water droplets on the dipstick;
blow-by gases and/or fluids (antifreeze, oil) between the cylinder block and head out of the engine.

EMBOSS THE COOLANT
The problem with the cooling fluid, without a trace of leaking from the system – a clear evidence of violation of the integrity of the strip. When burnout of the gasket between the combustion chamber and the coolant, gases under high pressure burst open in the cooling system is pressurized and squeezed the coolant through the tube of the expansion barrel.

If the cap is torqued tight as expected, and a relief valve in it is faulty, excessive pressure can burst the rubber connections of the cooling system or expanding the place of burnout, with the release of gases into the oil channels. Frequently the last option.

If such a burnout to start the engine with the cover removed from the surge tank, then through his neck, one can observe the appearance of gas bubbles in the coolant. With increasing engine speed, the number and size of bubbles will increase, can greatly rise the fluid level in the reservoir, with the rapid ejection of gases from it are symptoms of burnt out cylinder head gaskets.

By knocking out the coolant from the expansion tank, it is impossible to open the tube when the engine is running or immediately after stopping it. You need to kill the engine, wait until the cooling system will decrease the pressure (stop the appearance of bubbles from under the valve tube) and gently, slowly open the tube. Otherwise you can get severe burns from escaping antifreeze.

COLD AIR FROM HEATER
This feature is very reliable, but due to the constructional features shown not on all cars. With a small burnout, gases, weak unable to break into the cooling system and manage to escape through the valve tube of the surge tank. But in some cars, breaking gases accumulate in the heater core of the cabin, creating "an air stopper". Air tube blocks the circulation of liquid through the stove and out of the air is not heated. It should be noted that not many experienced drivers know, why stopped the circulation of antifreeze through the heater radiator.

JUMP ENGINE TEMPERATURE
That burnt cylinder head gasket symptoms symptoms associated with the temperature of the antifreeze. Gases getting into the cooling system in a small amount, can go out through the valve tube of the surge tank, not knocking the antifreeze. Part of the gas accumulates in front of the thermostat, partially blocking heat transfer to it of coolant. As a result, the thermostat works late, which leads to excessive heat and possibly to overheating of the motor.

WATER-OIL EMULSION OR WATER DROPLETS ON THE ENGINE DIPSTICK
These are signs of a burnt cylinder-head gasket between the oil and cooling channels. The oil, mixing at high temperature with liquid coolant, forms an emulsion. Pulling the dipstick such an emulsion can not be overlooked.

THE CAUSES OF BURN-OUT STRIP
Reasons why failing cylinder head gasket a little, and the new engine is only one overheating. Even a minor during operation of the motor at a temperature above normal can cause this fault.
