I'm so upset because my copy of the Backyardigans Surf's Up DVD won't work. There are no scratches or marks on the DVD, even though there's dust, and dust doesn't affect DVDs that much (or does it?). I don't know what to do anymore, considering that this was my second DVD copy, and it works even worse than the first DVD copy.
